Bruce Parsons is one of the foremost paralegals in Ontario and has been a guest speaker at the Law Society of Upper Canada on small claims issues. He was elected President of the Paralegal Society of Ontario in 2006/07 and served as a Board Member in 2004, 2005, and 2008. Additionally, he was a Board member of the Professional Paralegal Association of Ontario, a member of the advisory council for Humber College and Mohawk paralegal programs, and a guest speaker at numerous paralegal colleges.

Bruce Parsons graduated from the Success Business College Advanced Paralegal Studies in 1997, utilising the Bar Admission materials as the course base. Bruce has taken the Institute of Law Clerks Courses, including at the Fellowship level (Internet and E-commerce Law) and is constantly updating through Professisonal Development courses. Bruce Parsons assists many paralegals, new and old and runs a Facebook group for paralegal Professionals that has over 1100 members of the legal profession, primarily paralegals. Bruce's education has focused on Landlord and Tenant matters, Small Claims issues including consumer rights, contract and construction issues and Provincial Offences including bylaw offences.
