Bruce Parsons – the Practical Paralegal

A keen focus on results has resulted in decades of satisfied clients.  As a client, you will know your legal position, the impact it may have and what can be done to improve your position.  Bruce brings practical solutions to the table to enhance his top notch legal skills honed for 20 plus years before Ontario’s various courts and tribunals.

Bruce graduated from the Success Business College Advanced Paralegal Studies in 1997, and has taken the Institute of Law Clerks Courses, including at the Fellowship level (Internet and E-commerce Law). Having worked in a multitude of areas, including Small Claims, Landlord and Tenant, and Provincial Offenses, Bruce is one of the foremost Paralegals in Ontario and has been a guest speaker at the the Law Society of Upper Canada on Small Claims issues. He was elected President of the Paralegal Society of Ontario in 2006/07 as well as a Board Member in 2004, 2005 and 2008, was a Board member of the Professional Paralegal Association of Ontario, and has been a member of the advisory Council for Humber College’s paralegal diploma program and a guest speaker at numerous paralegal colleges. Bruce has mentored many new paralegals and currently divides his time between in-house work for Stamm Investments Limited in Waterloo and independent work for clients.

Konstantina Tull, Paralegal     

Konstantina (Dina) practices in the area of administrative law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) Degree and her paralegal licence. She has been licenced since 2012. She spent 10 years in the private sector helping companies achieve regulatory compliance. Working with management and employees, she provided strategic guidance and support in the implementation of operational changes, which resulted in cost savings. Her leadership resulted in successful team outcomes. She has worked in all levels of government in policy, human resources, and as an adult education instructor.  Her countless hours volunteering in local Greek groups and senior's groups have been some of her most fulfilling experiences. Her diverse background provides her with the skills and knowledge to address the legal challenges faced by her clients.  She is a formidable advocate, which her clients appreciate.
